Tim Bevan brings extensive management experience from his position as CEO at BCS Prime Brokerage Ltd., an emerging markets specialist. His expertise includes deep knowledge of markets infrastructure and prime brokerage, including significant experience managing the ETP segment at the London Stock Exchange, during the introduction of Europe's first Exchange Traded Commodities backed by precious metals. He’s been with ETC Group as a Non-Exec since 2020.
Julian Kelly is a versatile and highly experienced Chief Financial Officer with extensive experience across pharmaceutical, biotech, SaaS, fintech and e-commerce. He has a strong track record in building and selling entities, and has worked for a UHNW on both private and AIM-listed entities in Tech and Financial Services. He also assisted in the sale of FCA regulated Baydonhill (AIM-listed FX/Payments business) to Earthport (now Visa payments).
Monique Pettigrew joins as General Counsel with over 15 years of experience in the legal sector working for leading global investment banks and law firms including J.P.Morgan and White & Case LLP. In addition to experience in financial services, she also has specialised experience in the Fintech world having served as General Counsel for an award-winning fintech company. Her expertise will be an asset to the company as expansion continues.
Joining with a wealth of experience and extensive knowledge in cryptocurrency, Luke Sayer is appointed Head of Structuring and Regulatory Compliance. He has over 10 years of experience in the legal sector working for international law firms. Prior to joining ETC Group, he worked as a regulatory lawyer and commercial litigator at Carey Olsen Guernsey. He practised in a broad range of legal areas including commercial, regulation and litigation, and advised on a variety of cryptocurrency and blockchain matters.
